Thus begins the journey of 1268 pages. My first day was a study of Genesis 1 taking 126 minutes. I’m using the Zondervan Illustrated Bible Background Commentary and the Bible Exposition Commentary by Wiersbe.

Ready for Mining
Welcome to my site dedicated to my multi-year project to write notes on every page of my new Bible. Traditionally and illuminated manuscript is decorated with lavish illustration but mine will simply contain insight gleaned from hours of study. I just aquired a new Calfskin NASB Bible and plan to study 2 to 3 chapters per day. At this rate my Bible should be illuminated within two years.
